Beer Description
Brewed with Citra, El Dorado, Motueka & Idaho 7 Hops.
Our HBCU IPA offers notes of citrus, guava, and pineapple with low to mid hop bitterness.
We created this special beer and artwork in honor of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s). Recently, we were pleased to discover that many Black craft beer business owners and connoisseurs are HBCU alumni. This includes the founders of Crown & Hops Brewing Co. (Teo – Howard University & Beny – Spelman University.)
We want to thank all the incredible professors and staff that have armored us for a future of trailblazing and tackling somenof the world’s greatest dilemmas. We were taughy to manage life with grace, resilience and respect for those who have come before us.
