Beer Description
American Style Double India Pale Ale with a huge citrus hop flavor. We used American base malt with a very small addition of Crystal malts to give this a light-golden hue. Additions of Summit, Galaxy, and 7C’s hops lend grapefruit flavors with hints of pine and pineapple. Space Cowboy IIPA is extremely hoppy and higher in alcohol than a typical IPA. This batch has blood orange added post-fermentation.
