Welcome travelers. This is pure and true American Brett Saison for you, yours and one another’s to sit & vibe with. It’s warehouse aged mixed-fermentation harmony. Pilsner malt and corn flakes hypnotized by the luminosity of East Coast Yeast dirty dozen brett blend, conditioned on Bhumi Growers calamansi and kumquats. Smells like Sauvignon Blanc, calamansi, floral, fruity, citrus, pears, peach fruit and white wines. Tastes dry, like pears and gooseberries through to tropical fruits of melon & mango, funky green tea, heather flowers, grapefruit.
