Beer Description
Built on a light and airy base of Pilsner malt, malted spelt and rye, and topped off with a touch of our estate produced honey ( @hophousefarm ) then fermented with one of our favorite saison strains straight out of Wallonia. Post fermentation we conditioned this incredibly refreshing saison on hibiscus. Notes of freshly picked flowers, Hawaiian Punch, subtle hints of pink peppercorn and clove lead into a dry and effervescent palate with a touch of tartness.
