Beer Description
Chasing the Horizon is the latest in our series of “hazy lite” IPAs. We paired a fruity British yeast strain with Pearl, a base malt from a centuries old, family owned British maltster. This IPA has big doses of Sabro, Simcoe and Columbus in the dry hop, evoking aromas and flavors of sweet tropical fruits, juicy citrus, with a hint of dank pine. Elicits memories of finishing your shift, getting into your ride and heading into a sunset over the Flatirons.
