Beer Description
I dream of Citra…ahhh, don’t we all? Citra has become famous for it’s bright notes of lemon zest , passionfruit and gooseberry. There’s a reason Citra visits us so vividly in our dreams. And who better to brew a big double dry-hopped West Coast Double IPA with than our good friends at Artifex Brewing Company? We then sprinkled in a bit of the finest Nelson and Mosaic hops we could find just for good measure. The result is an explosive and intoxicating aroma of citrus and tropical fruit layered onto a simple canvas of 2-row barley and dextrose to allow the hops to take center stage.
