Beer Description
Nanofluid is a 3.5% lager, dry-hopped with Citra and Motueka. For the first time ever, we went with a step mash on a lager, and are excited for how this turned out. The beer pours with a brilliant clarity and has a crisp citrus flavor profile thanks to the dry hop. This is one of our favorite collaborative efforts to date, and glad to have pulled it off with Dancing Gnome, a brewery we’ve respected and admired for years.
