Beer Description
Perstephanie was named after the Greek goddess of spring, Persephone, and is KBC’s spring seasonal brew. This is a German-style Kolsch beer that is brewed with local honey to add a gentle sweetness. It pours light golden in color while releasing aromas of German hops and a subdued fruitiness from the specialty yeast. This Honey Kolsch is the perfect beer to say goodbye to winter and to welcome a new season in the Finger Lakes.
