Beer Description
Foeder Fermented Saison brewed with Pilsner Malt, NY-State Rye Malt and NY-State Floor Malted Wheat from our friends @hudsonvalleymalt, organic lemon juice, and Maldon sea salt.
This beer is bone dry, with a gentle shock of acidity, and a gorgeous salinity that makes you just thirsty enough for another sip. We’re tasting lemon dainsh, yellow Gatorade, orange peel, fresh baked pretzel bun, and a lemon margarita with a salted rim.
