Beer Description
Like the first whiff of wood smoke in the countryside portending the change in season, Wisp is both a memory and a reminder. This hard to find style known as Gratzer, or Grodski, is made with 100% wheat malt. Fermented with our proprietary wild strain of yeast for those summery fruit notes, fifty percent smoked wheat malt gives it that hit of campfire that reminds us of the coming sweatshirt weather. Effervescent and delicate, this one should be cherished like the final days of summer.
