Beer Description
Hopped w/ Citra, Simcoe, Centennial & Chinook for aromas of mandarin orange, grapefruit peel & pine & a dry resinous finish
West Coast DIPA double dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook
AROMA & FLAVOR: mandarin orange, grapefruit peel, and pine
MOUTHFEEL: dry and resinous
RAD DETAILS: Inspired by Pliny the Elder, but we swapped Citra for Columbus among a few other minor tweaks. That original recipe was tweaked over the last 13 years into our Socks and Sandals, so this beer deconstructs Socks back to that Pliny-ish clone that it once was. Citrus, pine, a touch of mint and crushable AF.
