Beer Description
A German wheat beer with balanced banana & clove notes. Soft spiciness presents on the palate first, that mellow into tropical fruit tones.
Unlike most traditional German Dunkel Weizens- which are made dark with Munich malt, this wheat beer is " dunkeled" by an addition of chocolate malt. We used specialty grains produced via the old-world floor malting style to add an extra malty character to the beer. Banana and clove notes are perfectly balanced. A soft spiciness presents on the palate first and mellows into tropical fruit tones.
Grain: Pilsner, Wheat, Special B, Munich, Pale Chocolate
Hops: Hallertau, Mandarina Bavaria
