There is a distinct crisp bitterness with subtle citrus notes followed by a spicy dry finish from the malted rye. Somewhat reminiscent of New Belgium’s “Fat Tire” but with a bolder hop presence. This is but an initial paragraph in the first chapter of Urban Forest Craft Brewing, but we are proud to share it with you. Enjoy!
