Beer Description
Unlike the weather in Central NC this time of year this ale is dry and refreshing. We call this an Extra Pale Ale because we use a little extra hops in the whirlpool and dry hop compared to your ordinary pale ale. Simcoe, Citra and Galaxy combine to create a blend of grapefruit, tropical, pine and stonefruit flavors. Munich and Pilsner add a discreet layer of bready malt to balance the bite from the hops.
