Beer Description
Lambic-inspired Ale Aged on Cherries – Barrel-fermented Lambic-inspired sour ale aged on locally-grown Montmorency cherries. Medium-light body with moderate acidity and notes of cherry cobbler, Cabernet Sauvignon, almond and all spice with medium funk and an off-dry finish. 15 months total production time.
