Beer Description
Flipside is our Brewer’s answer to those looking for a West Coast IPA, but with softer tropical flavors. Azacca, Idaho 7, and Ekuanot hops were used in the creation of this beer and it exhibits pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus characters. The malt bill is mellow leaving the hops to do the talking, as a result, it’s lighter in body and has a satisfying, crushable quality.
