Beer Description
This is a Philly Berliner Style Ale made in collaboration with Deer Creek Malthouse and University of the Sciences. The malt bill is barley and oats from Deer Creek and the yeast is Philly Sour giving it a tart flavor. It’s then blended with Lemon Puree for a tart and refreshing lemonade like experience.
