Moksa + Weathered Souls Maple Magic

For this beer we teamed up with our buddy, Marcus, from Weathered Souls Brewing in San Antonio, Texas. Maple Magic is a Pastry Stout full of decadent flavors. We started the post fermentation treatment by adding Vanuatu vanilla beans and REAL maple syrup. After the vanilla extraction was finished, we hit it with a 4 lb per bbl combo of Guatemalan, Ugandan, and Jamaican cacao nibs roasted by Cru Chocolate. You WILL NOT experience that in-your-face maple aroma you would get from other maple beers and foods because we do not use any form of extract or “natural flavors” in this beer. You will, however, get an experience as if you’re devouring a stack of chocolate chip pancakes smothered in robust maple syrup.
