Beer Description
This beer is based on traditional Polish beer style, popularly known as “Polish Champagne.” Usually produced in a light yellow version ours turns dark for the approaching holiday seasons.
Our version is brewed with 100% smoked, chocolate, and dark wheat malts. This black beer is crisp and refreshing with roasty and distinctive light smoky aromas. Slight bitterness from Lubelski Polish hops are also present in the aftertaste.
