Beer Description
In collaboration with Country Donuts in Crystal Lake we brewed an Imperial Brown Ale, where we filled the lauter tun with fresh apple cider donuts and apple fritters from them on both brew days. The aromas that come from the glass will remind you of sitting in the kitchen waiting for breakfast to be finished with sweet maple syrup, light hints of cinnamon with vanilla and malt. Balanced flavors dance between those of malt and hints of maple, sweetness of caramel, all with a smooth finish with a subtle sweet taste that lingers on your lips. No fork and knife needed for this brew.
