Beer Description
Dry hopped at two different points during fermentation with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe provides big aromas of Berries, Candied Fruit and Citrus.
ANF’ing Perfect is a New England Style Double IPA with a large portion of the grist consisting of malted oats and wheat that lend a full-bodied, smooth mouthfeel. We cool the whirlpool down before adding Simcoe and Chinook hops which contribute to a piney and citrusy note without the bitterness. Dry hopped at two different points during fermentation with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe provides big aromas of berries, candied fruit and citrus.
