Crushable and crisp, Thursday/Friday is the West Coast IPA that has everything you need to get the early weekend vibes right. We shone a spotlight on the classic notes of berry, pine, citrus, and tropical papaya by getting the most out of both Simcoe and Mosaic hops throughout the brewing process, finishing it off with a hefty dry hot addition.
