Beer Description
Nothing to carry. Not a worry to bear. Something to tame the demons. So that we may be free from the weight. A classic rendition of German Helles portrayed through our own lense. Ultralight. A Helles-Style Lager. Made with pilsner and Vienna malts, fermented slowly and spunded in the cellar for natural carbonation. Delicately hopped this year with Saaz and Tetrnanger to pay homage to its origin before lagering for many weeks to beautiful clarity. Seek out fresh loaves of crusty country bread, bouquets of fall blossoms, and mugs of, well I’ll just say it, beer.
