Beer Description
Our first TIPA on the new system and we are quite pleased :). Brewed with oats and wheat and double dry hopped with 2021 Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Enigma. We pushed the limits here on our dry hopping and it certainly shows. Huge classic Southern Hemisphere aroma of passionfruit, lychee, and pineapple with waves and waves of that good Nelson gooseberry. Incredibly smooth and drinkable with no signs of the ABV. We think you’ll like this one.
