Beer Description
Our take on the hip new style set forth by Wayfinder Beer all the way up in Portland, OR. Brewed with corn and rice for a lean and crisp lager like body and fermented warm with a classic lager strain. Fortunately for us our friends from Beer Thirty and Beer Mule were able to swing by on their way to a staff retreat and help out with the recipe and brew day. We went with a dry hop of El Dorado, Nelson, and Enigma and then lagered for a couple weeks to bring it all together. Clearer than most of our beers for sure but still retaining a little bit of that polyphenol hop haze that we love :). A melding of American Lager and West Coast IPA that we can certainly get behind.
