Beer Description
Adipose IPA is the third Brewer’s Select Series beer. This beer is packed full of hop yet you can still feel your tongue and taste all the complex flavors. The aroma is resinous and fruity with pineapple, passion fruit and citrus. The bitterness is medium high and builds but doesn’t linger. The head is creamy white with a hint of green from the dry hop additions. We loaded this batch with 8 pounds per barrel of Simcoe, Centennial, Bravo, Chinook, & Nugget hops.
