Crispy malt bill of 2-row with just a touch of rye flakes for some subtle body and head retention, meant to be dry and fairly bitter just like most of our WC styles.
DDH West Coast IPA with Moutere, Mosaic & Simcoe
AROMA: Diesel, berry
FLAVOR: Dank, resinous, berry la-croix, cherry starburst
MOUTHFEEL: Medium body, lingering bitterness
RAD DETAILS: Crispy malt bill of 2-row with just a touch of rye flakes for some subtle body and head retention, meant to be dry and fairly bitter just like most of our WC styles. This is our first time using this past crop’s of Moutere, which seems to be throwing off some nice lemon-lime soda vibes.
