Beer Description
One of our more unique bottle projects, our Kentucky Wild Ale with KY-grown Norton grapes is commonly referred to as a ‘Still Beer’ — pouring with very little carbonation and mimicking many qualities of a skin-contact wine. This project started in 2017 — a blonde ale base aging in red wine barrels, brettanomyces, Kentucky grapes — refermenting until 2018 where it was bottled and cellared in our warehouse until today. Enjoy this beer closer to room temp. 8% ABV
