Beer Description
Haymaker is a light, semi-sweet effervescent cider made from late season dessert apples. Haymaker is particularly refreshing on hot days or whilst making hay. Named after the old English tradition of paying farmhands in cider. A worker who received plentiful shares of cider would prove to be a good “Haymaker” by day’s end. New to hard cider? Haymaker is a good starting point for the uninitiated.
