This IPA has earned a name of her own to keep the original concept of variable hopping beer. Its very grapefruit nose is salivating at the first approach. When one dips lips citrus hops from U.S. attack aggressively buds. Then, they are comforted by a nice floral, honeyed side before being hit by a nagging bitterness.
