Beer Description
The Heart Trail is a path through Belleflower Farm that shows travelers the natural beauty of New England’s seasonal landscape. It meanders over streams and under fallen trees, over granite boulders and past secret clubhouses, leading you back to one place: home, where a warm fire, friends, and a cold beer wait. Our spring take on Heart Trail begins where our passion for craft beer started with the dank, woody, resinous IPA. Pouring golden orange with heavy haze, Heart Trail draws you in with aromas of sappy pine complemented by a lightly toasted caramel malt. Flavors from a hefty dry hop addition of Chinook, Cashmere, and Summit carry light herbal notes and sweet citrus flavors that finish with a moderate amount of bitterness.
