This cocktail inspired beer is our version of a Blackberry Sage Gin & Tonic. Juniper berries and sage went into the whirlpool and then it was further conditioned on more sage and lots of blackberry puree.
This cocktail inspired beer is our version of a Blackberry Sage Gin & Tonic. Juniper berries and sage went into the whirlpool and then it was further conditioned on more sage and lots of blackberry puree. You’ll taste the dryness of the gin (thank you juniper berries), smell and taste the beautiful sage and the blackberry pops to balance the dry and the sour with a touch of sweet. Amazingly unique, unbelievably delicious.
