Dry, notes of applesauce & apricot.
Aged in Calvados barrels on our farm over four seasons. Named Trou de Temps, which means time hole or worm hole. This cider is a tribute to the patience of our Cidermakers and the time it takes to make the best Proper Farmhouse ciders.
