Beer Description
A staple of the South Bay mountain biking community post ride scene, we bring you the first commercial brewing of this beer. Named after the trail carved out of the Soquel Demonstration Forest near Santa Cruz. A classic malty West Coast style IPA that is surprisingly drinkable, even after a grueling mountain bike ride. Packed with the best malts from around the world, hopped with citra and mosaic. Grapefruit, toffee and toasted biscuit on the nose and caramel, saltine cracker, bread crust, melon and citrus fruit on the palate. Medium firm and lingering bitterness. Enjoy fresh!
