Beer Description
“Forever Endearing” is our latest foray into the ever-loved style of Coconut IPA. We’ve been doing the Coconut IPA thing on and off for a while now, and we felt that we all deserved one last glimpse of Summertime treats. And we thought we’d switch it up a little bit and go for something a bit more “Berry-Coco” instead of “Tropical-Coco” like we usually do. Huzzah!
Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, Oats, Golden Naked Oats, and Flaked Oats. Hit very hard in the Whirlpool with Citra, fermented with our House IPA yeast, dry-hopped with Belma, spunded for dat natural carbonation, and then dry-hopped AGAIN with Sabro and even more Belma before it was carefully rested on a shitload of Macaroon Coconut.
Crack a can and you’ll be transported to a beautiful island oasis of Mixed Berry Coconut Daiquiris, a lil bit o’ Strawberries and Cream candies, probably some weed-infused Coco Lopez with a Citrus wedge, and a damn good IPA. More balanced and less bitter than our previous Coconut IPA, and definitely a different hop character than we’re used to with these. YEAHHH, BUDDY! COCONUT AND FRUIT AND WEED REFERENCES! Are we cool yet?
