Beer Description
Pilsner Malt provides light crackery notes along with malted and unmalted wheat to provide haze and body. We then add a touch of hops to balance the beer out. The whirlpool has both coriander and orange peel additions. Fermented with a Belgian style ale yeast to bring out the classic notes of a WitBier that include citrus, coriander and honey.
