Loads of Tangerine, apricot, pine, and grapefruit come bursting out of this light bodied, refreshing IPA.
We constructed this IPA with a hefty quantity of Roy Farms Amarillo hops with the intention of showcasing the bright characteristics this classic hop has to offer. Loads of Tangerine, apricot, pine, and grapefruit come bursting out of this light bodied, refreshing IPA.
The purpose of this series is to highlight a single hop and to accentuate its unique flavor profile by the strategic use of that hop throughout the brewing process. We will use small quantities of other hop varieties throughout the process with the sole intention of embellishing the characteristics of the “highlight hop”.
