βWhat do bees comb their hair with?β A honey comb. Our honey helles takes a deliciously creative detour on a German Classic. Adding a new biscuit malt from Carolina Malthouse and an honey create a delicate flavor profile and crisp dry finish. Unfiltered and golden honey color, lively carbonation and bright white head. This beer is reminiscent of fresh rising dough inside a buzzing bee hive. The highly fermentable sugar of honey creates a refreshing and thirst quenching lager.
