Rocky Top Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed in keeping with the Old World Tradition of using authentic British Maris Otter base malt. This seasonal winter brew gets its darkness from chocolate and roasted malt that lends coffee and chocolate notes. “Milk” comes from the residual sweetness of unfermentable lactose that adds to mouthfeel. This sweetness provides a counterpoint to the roasted character and English hop bitterness.
