Weāre dropping a very special āZero Day Oldā 14Ā° Special Czech Lager to celebrate our 4th Anniversary.
Why 14Ā°?
Often beers brewed stronger (above 13Āŗ) in the Czech Republic are reserved for special occasions and referred to as “SpeciĆ”l LeÅ¾Ć”k” or Special lager. We used our floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt combined with a new hop variety from the Czech Republic called Kazbek. It exhibits notes of citrus and fruit but still has that Saaz classic noble spice character.
