Bowie Bock is a hybridized bock beer built on Texan ingredients and brewed to the style of its German heritage. Deep garnet hue with toasted malt overtones from Munich malt, slight sweetness from Texas grown and malted corn, balanced by floral hops
Named after the Alamo Defender Jim Bowie and his famous knife, Bowie Bock is a hybridized bock beer built on Texan ingredients and brewed to the style of its German heritage. Deep garnet hue with toasted malt overtones from Munich malt, slight sweetness from Texas grown and malted corn, balanced by floral hops from the Hallertau region Invitingly smooth and refreshing for any day in Texas, whether a drought scorcher or a Snowpocalypse. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this brew will be donated to the Remember The Alamo Foundation to help preserve the Alamo and it’s grounds for future generations of Texans and people around the world.
