Beer Description
This German ale was fermented warm to allow the yeast to be more expressive and produce esters of apple, pear, and some softer tropical notes. Then it is lagered for 3 weeks. German Tettnag and Magnum hops, as well as Czech Saaz, were used to achieve a subdued bitterness with spice and floral notes
