Beer Description
This beer is a special release just for Nowruz (the Persian New Year), which falls on March 20th. I used traditional ingredients that are meaningful to Nowruz to brew this beer β apples, sumac and wheat. This beer was dry hopped with Mosaic hops and itβs a New England style IPA β super hazy, juicy, and refreshing. ABV is right at 6.5%. The cans were designed by a young Iranian woman who lives in D.C., and itβs a very symbolic label specific to the New Year.
