Beer Description
Wheat beers are always popular in summer time, and we brewed this one with 35% wheat malt for the signature fluffy head and thick body. Unlike it’s German cousin, this American-style wheat beer doesn’t have the clove and banana notes. Instead, we added almost two hundred pounds of apricot puree to add a bunch of fruity goodness.
