Beer Description
Brewed in the early Fall of 2020, fermented in our ancient French Oak Foeder, and then bottled in February of 2021, this one gets its fizz and funk from the use of our house culture, and a long conditioning time in the bottle. The bitterness is firm, with a refreshing acidity, and a flavor profile of nectarine skins, orange oil, and bay leaf.
