Lake Bluff Brewing Co turned 3 years old! To celebrate we are releasing a lightly barrel aged version of Mike’s Everyday Rye, with a slight citrus from moderate hopping, backed up with a very caramelly malt backbone, and now with even more spicy notes of Rye from being barrel conditioned in a Koval Rye barrel, this beer is a perfect companion for our celebration
