Brettanomyces is considered by some to be the outlaw yeast – potentially wild and invasive. Outlaws tend to run into the law, from time to time. Sometimes deserved. Sometimes not. This crisp, dry IPA grabs some of the outlaw’s heart of gold with a refreshing, slightly funky grace, due to 100% Brett fermentation in oak barrels, that highlights the Mosaic, Cascade, and Palisade hops.
