Beer Description
We took our Jax Porter and added wildflower honey and hot peppers from Stiles Apiary. The Malagueta peppers add a pleasant pepper flavor and the Scorpion peppers add a bit of heat. The honey helps to balance by adding some sweetness. Overall, this is a complex and contemplative brew that is not for the faint of heart.
