Beer Description
Brewed in collaboration with the super rad Queer First Fridays team (@queerfirstfridays), this Italian Pilsner is the perfect clean, crushable, and aromatic experience. A straightforward grist of pilsner malt lends an ever so slightly bready canvas for the rest of the beer to be built upon, while a one-two hop combination of Zuper Saazer and Saphir compose a mellifluous harmony of lemongrass, bergamot, and chrysanthemum. With a soft bitterness, dry body, and bright hop character, Chosen Families is the perfect beer for our warm Bay Area Fall weather
