While experimenting in the brewery, Keith and the guys came up with this mischievous Cherry Imperial Wheat Ale.
No bananas were harmed in the making of this ale. Call it efficiency—the brewers cleverly shortened the name to CHIMP, and the bad monkey jokes quickly followed. A beast of a brew with more than 1,000 pounds of cherries in each batch, this CHIMP has a malty sweetness that finishes with a tart bite.
